Position Overview

The Manager of Warehouse Operations will be responsible for shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory accuracy and organization, picking pre-assembly kits, setting priorities, coordinating logistics and timely deliveries, and leading a team of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and ensure proper organization of stock.
  • Pre-Assembly Kits: Manage the picking and preparation of pre-assembly kits for production.
  • Priority Setting: Establish and communicate priorities for warehouse activities to meet operational goals.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics to ensure timely deliveries and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
