Position Overview
Ceres is looking for a Yard Coordinator who is responsible for the general maintenance, tracking and organization of Ceres equipment and attachments within the yard.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES*:
- Coordinates and tracks all shipping and receiving of equipment within yard. Loads and unloads machines. Prepares needed paperwork and performs inspections on all incoming and outgoing equipment. Documents any issues found during pre & post-inspections and communicates problems to appropriate personnel.
- Organizes and inventories yard ensuring working environment is safe for both customers and employees.
- Maintains equipment in yard in rent-ready condition – neat, clean, fueled, and properly tagged.
- Performs small repairs and maintenance on equipment in yard such as repairing missing pins, leaking couplers, small parts, etc. Services re-rent equipment as needed.
- Ensures cleanliness of all equipment and cab areas prior to transport or rental in an efficient and timely manner.
*May perform other duties as required and assigned.
