Position Overview

RAKA Rentals- The Cat Rental Store is looking for a Rental Coordinator to coordinate the rental sales/support services, communication and information flow of the branch equipment rental fleet.  The Rental Coordinator creates a trusting relationship with customers by building an understanding of their needs then making appropriate recommendations of rental products and services. 

We're looking for a hands-on individual with a strong attention to detail who can put all the pieces of the equipment rental process together to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys operations process efficiency and is self-motivated to succeed.

 PRIMARY JOB DUTIES*:

• Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies in accordance with pricing policies and procedures
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer expectations regarding delivery
• Maintain a clean and presentable showroom, sufficiently stocked with merchandise
• Work with outside vendors for parts orders and maintenance
• Maintains an organized and clean yard. Washing equipment, fueling, and staging for reservations
• Assists in loading and unloading trucks  
• Receives parts with accuracy 
• Call on overdue rentals to bring current. 
• Reconcile cash drawer daily
• Coordinate with onsite contacts for deliveries and or swapping out of equipment. 
• Actively working with shop personnel and sales reps to fulfill reservations, service request and additional needs of customers.
