Position Overview

RION Equipment is looking for a Service Operations Coordinator who Supports service operations by tracking customer service agreements, handling of third party billing portals, telematics operations, and helps & supports the Rion Equipment service team meets our manufacturers operational needs and metrics. 

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

• Coordinates RION Equipment’s service operations program administration and ensures all service contracts are entered, tracked, and managed appropriately.  Works with branch product support teams to ensure delivery of services are completed on-time to proactively reduce emergency maintenance or unplanned downtime for customer and RION Equipment owned equipment.  
• Develop and implement reporting of expiring CSA’s to sales team and communicate with local service management on completion of existing repairs prior to contract end date. 
• Provides technically sound equipment/operation-based solutions and recommendations to internal and external customers ensuring critical equipment health visibility is achieved (MCFA Fleet Track administration) 
• Provides technically sound equipment/operation-based solutions and recommendations to internal and external customers ensuring critical equipment health visibility is achieved (MCFA Fleet Track administration) 
• Provide Sales Team with CSA quotes upon request. 
• Develops and delivers reports as requested to support visibility and monitoring of CSA performance, standard parts and labor, pricing, etc.
