Position Details

TaborStreet is looking for a Customer Financing Specialist who is an integral role within the company’s finance department ensuring customer sales and financing quotes and documents are created and processed as efficiently as possible. In addition to this primary role this position supports the credit department in posting and collecting Accounts Receivables.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

• Functions primarily in the customer financing operations with a primary focus in supporting the sales department with retail financing transactions. Will lead by example in a hands-on, positive, and collaborative team environment. Understands how to perform operations in all core areas of finance and will provide additional guidance, training, and resources for internal and external customers.
• Supports the end-to-end loan application process, including documentation, verification, and approval, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepares credit approval packages with approved financing companies, and coordination of document preparation and closings. Handles incoming credit reference calls as needed.
• Monitors internal processes to ensure all branches are following established guidelines as related to credit functions.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Works with AR personnel to set up new customers, assist with maintaining customer accounts with payments and credits matched to the appropriate invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Administers all credit functions associated with outside lenders including processing credit applications and providing quotes for customers. Coordinates delivery of documents to customer with sales.
